How many locations do you have?

Currently we operate two stores in Newport News, and Virginia Beach, VA.

 

Do you offer special orders if I need a specific item?

While you may request for a specific item we cannot tailor to customers specifically due to the nature of bulk ordering, stock availability, etc from our vendors.. We do our best however to carry popular high demand items.

Can I return something that is beyond the return policy date?

Unfortunately we cannot accept items past our allowable return date. Once products are purchased and leaves the store we have no control over possible expirations, damages, etc. Please be sure to refrigerate perishables and use/consume items before the expiration dates.

Is the date on the wine I purchased an expiration date?

Wines tend to have an extremely long expiration date. The date that your seeing on the bottle is most likely the manufacturer production date.

What are your holiday hours?

Our stores are generally opened 7 days a week through holidays as well but may close early.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, cash and ebt. Checks are not acceptable.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken in your stores?

Due to private policies, we reserve the right to limit pictures and videos being taken in our stores. Generally pictures and videos for the purpose of sharing your delightful experience on social media is acceptable. To help serve you better, feel free to contact us for any questions related to advertising, media, photography, etc.

Do I need to wear a mask to shop at your store?

Due to mandatory health policies set by the Virginia Department of Health, a mask is required to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
